A Safe Place to Learn and Grow

My group classes are a great way to deepen your own understanding of energy, to learn how to do this work on yourself, and frankly—to scope out if you like the work I do enough to hire me for a session. They are usually 7 hours long, taught in my space outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. Come with an open mind, prepared to be vulnerable, and ready to absorb new information about yourself and the world.

If you want more one-on-one time, and are ready to do deeper work on yourself, I offer a
6-week mentorship program. This is for anyone who is ready to answer the question:

  • They are usually at my space 45 minutes outside of Salt Lake City or in a conference space nearby.

  • Absolutely. If the class is not full, they are more than welcome to purchase a spot alongside you.

  • I will provide water and snacks, but please bring a journal and pen.
